We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Your fashion items should feel awesome on your body. If they don't, we'd be happy to send you a different size. Here's how that process works:
- Items must be unworn with original tags and labels.
- Send us an email within 7 days after receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a brief description of the situation. Products can NOT be exchanged due to design, prints, or color.
- Our Customer Service team will instruct you to send the item to our CA office location and provide you the specific address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you're within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS First Class or Flat Rate Shipping services.
- Please you MUST include a printout of your the Authorization Number inside the package.
- Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) for wear, tear, and general damage, and original tags are in place.
- After the item(s) passes inspection, we will ship you out a replacement item(s) on the size previously agreed, or in the case the isze wanted is not available, we will extend you a credit for a future purchase in our store.
